Challenge
GMSR, an appellate-only law firm, was seeing new competition from large law firms that had expanded their appellate departments. GMSR's aging web presence wasn't helping their image and did not qualify leads or answer questions about the firm's capabilities. GMSR also needed to better articulate their brand and differentiate itself in a changing marketplace. The firm engaged us to re-design their website, and to re-imagine the firm's broad picture presentation of itself.

The redesigned site increased GMSR's business, and greatly simplified the sales process. With a comprehensive library of cases and briefs, potential clients easily get a sense for GMSR's writing style and depth of experience, and can gain immediate insight about which attorney to contact to handle their case. With these powerful online tools at the ready, GMSR continues to collaborate with us on new features and new ways of improving their business.
